Refund policy
Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase for an in store exchange or store credit only. We do not issue refunds. It is the customers responsibility to pay return shipping charges on all returned items unless item received was not what was originally ordered.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Shoes must not show any wear on the bottoms or soles. Embellishments are not guaranteed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once returns are received and inspected you will receive an email of your store credit notice or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Embellishments are not guaranteed. Special Occasion and Holiday Themed Wear is final sell. All sale or discounted items are final sale. Swimwear and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are not returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Store Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified of your store credit or exchange.
