What is you shipping policy?
Our shipping is broken down into flat rates for anywhere in the United States:
$0-$49.99 is $6.00
$50-$149.99 is $9.00
$150 and above qualifies for Free Shipping
Orders should process and ship within 2 business days. Please allow exceptions of up to 5 business days for holidays and weekends.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days from shipping confirmation for your order to be delivered.
We offer free, in store pickup for local shoppers.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returned
Do you allow returns?
Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase for an in store exchange or store credit only. We do not issue refunds. It is the customers responsibility to pay return shipping charges on all returned items unless item received was not what was originally ordered.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Shoes must not show any wear on the bottoms or soles. Embellishments are not guaranteed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once returns are received and inspected you will receive an email of your store credit notice or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Embellishments are not guaranteed. Special Occasion and Holiday Themed Wear us final sell. All sale or discounted items are final sale. Swimwear and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are not returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Store Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified of your store credit or exchange.

How often do you receive new merchandise?
We are a brick and mortar business and we receive shipments seasonally. We will have big releases with the change of each season and smaller releases as the seasons progress. Keep checking back to see all our newest items! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to see what's new in our store.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry clothing and shoes for both boys and girls. Girls sizes range from NB to size 14, and shoes sizes NB to Youth 5. Boys sizes range from NB to size 9, and shoe sizes NB to Youth 1.
